With over two decades of diverse culinary experience, Chef Michael Campbell has honed his craft across renowned gastronomic hubs, including Portland, Avignon, Barcelona, New York, San Francisco, and Orange County. A 2000 graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, Chef Campbell has collaborated with esteemed industry professionals, notably serving as Chef de Cuisine at Montage Hotel, Executive Sous Chef for the Michael Mina Group and exploring classic Spanish and French techniques at Dan Barber’s Blue Hill.
